Hey, I’m Chris
I help guitarists who feel stuck find more freedom in their playing – without the overwhelm.
Find more freedom in your guitar playing!
…If you’ve been playing for a while but feel like you’re going round in circles, my lessons will help you break out of that rut and find a clearer, more musical way forward.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, an advanced player, or looking to progress from what you already know, my lessons are designed around your goals. Whether you’re struggling to improvise, repeating the same ideas, unsure what to practise, or simply want to get more out of the guitar, I’ll give you step-by-step guidance and accountability, focusing on the things that help you become a more confident and expressive player.
I teach online worldwide and in-person in Dorset.

Follow me on tour with The Story of Guitar Heroes.
When I’m not teaching, I’m performing in theatres across the UK with the Story of Guitar Heroes.
Playing live for years has shaped the way I approach guitar – focusing on musicality, feel and the confidence to play in the real world.
